Confirmation & payment

  • For confirmation of any booking, an entertainment contract and invoice will be made. The entertainment contract has to be signed for approval on each page by both Rob Soundz and client. A 50% deposit payment has to be made to secure the booking date.
  • The deposit payment and/ or balance payment is only fully refundable in case of force majeur events as described below under ‘Changes & cancellations’.
  • Payments can be made by bank transfer, Transferwise, PayPal or credit card (via PayPal). For payments made using Transferwise, a 2% discount off the payable amount applies. For payments made using PayPal, a 2% surcharge on top of the payable amount applies.
  • The balance has to be paid in full before the start of Rob Soundz’s performance.
